•Pillow is made of a Strawberry and Champagne mousse, topped with a Champagne Zabaione.
•The ‘Love’ shape is Valrhona Caramelia Chocolate, Pear Insert and Pistachio Dacquoise. (contains nuts)
•The ‘Love Heart’ shape is Vanilla Delice, Raspberry and a Honey Madeleine Sponge.
