We are a family run business located in the heart of Helensburgh at 71 Sinclair Street. Our team is small and consists of just three of us – Maddie, Gina and Julian. You will find Maddie at the front of the patisserie, serving and chatting away. Maddie has years of experience managing restaurants and hotels, working for places like Cameron House, Martin Wishart and many more. Behind the scenes you will find Gina and Julian, both pastry chefs, with years of experience in 5-star hotels. Their career started back in their home country Romania, and continued in places like Cameron House Hotel, Trump Turnberry along with different events cooking for The Dorchester, The Royal Family, MTV Awards and many more. 



We are a proud stockist and use the finest chocolate in our bakes provided by Valrhona. We use a wide range of their products. 

We have been working with Valrhona for more than 12 years and it is our most used ingredient for making specific cakes.
